The company was established in 2015, in LAHORE. In 2018, launched an online Travel Agency Accounting System (TAAS). It is successfully running in number of agencies. In June 2020, an online Gold Jewelry Stock & Accounting System was floated in the market. 

The company CEO, Mr. Tariq Ejaz retired in 2013 as Senior Vice President Head Retail Banking Software Development, IT Group,United Bank Limited.  The bank has over 1300 branches in Pakistan and also operates in Gulf, UK and USA. During his 34 years of service, he worked in Pakistan, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Yemen, England and USA. He served more than six years in UAE. He has worked with people of all levels. He is an IT specialist and has handled various time critical projects.
